In-person counselling session where Shane works alongside with you to identify meaningful goals, build on existing strengths and develop practical strategies to improve overall wellbeing. He brings a broad and adaptable skill set, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
